Integrated Project Delivery with Janke Architecture
With its location on the 13th floor taking in panoramic views of the West Hills and downtown Portland, our goal with this client’s condo was to create an interior that was muted in deference to the amazing view yet striking in its execution and craft. Starting with our client’s design brief, we created a minimalist kitchen with ebony-stained white oak cabinetry paired with the tactility and texture of quartzite stone. We built a coordinated living room fireplace and entertainment center with storage, and a new primary bath.
