About Aforma

Built for How Construction Actually Works

Aforma was built to support builders with design that holds up in real construction. We align documentation, decision-making, and production with how projects move in the field — not just how they look on paper.
Our work focuses on clarity, coordination, and execution — helping teams reduce friction, move faster, and deliver with confidence.

Built from Experience in How Design and Construction Actually Work Together

“Aforma started with a simple observation — most design processes don’t hold up once construction begins. Not because of bad ideas, but because they weren’t built for how projects actually move in the field.

We saw builders dealing with unclear drawings, decisions made too late, and constant back-and-forth during construction. Problems that should have been solved during design were instead showing up on-site — costing time, money, and momentum.

We built Aforma to close that gap. Our focus is aligning design production with real construction workflows — making sure documentation is clear, decisions are structured, and deliverables are usable by the teams actually building the project.

This isn’t about adding more design. It’s about making design work better within the build process — reducing friction, improving coordination, and helping projects move forward with fewer surprises.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: design that holds up when construction begins.”
