Will Pritikin, CEO and founder

Will oversees business development, brand and design. He found his voice in design build space through development in San Francisco, where he led multifamily acquisition, design and construction management under the name Pritikin Group.

After success in the Bay Area, he returned to Portland, where he grew up, to restore a mid-century classic, Van Evera Bailey’s Sinclair House.

Will has a deep love of team-building and collaboration and serves as Aforma’s Lean transformation champion.

He finds inspiration in travel (Tokyo, Amsterdam, Mexico City are some favorites), books, silently fly fishing the Deschutes river, and all kinds of savory food.

He holds a Masters degree from San Francisco State University.

Sean Green, COO and founder

Sean innovates on all Aforma systems and processes and is focused on delivering real-time transparency to the field team and our customers.

Sean is a member of the Development Review Advisory Committee (DRAC), a citizen advisory body for the Portland Bureau of Development Services (BDS), representing those with interests in the outcome of policies, budgets, regulations, and procedures that affect development review processes. He also chairs the DRAC Process Improvement and Technology Subcommittee which focuses on improving permitting and inspections systems and process for the City.

Sean is Vice Chair of the Northeast Coalitions of Neighborhoods (NECN), a non-profit that seeks to foster healthy communities by engaging citizens to become directly involved in determining how their neighborhood evolves. He advocates for progressive land-use and transportation policy as Co-Chair of the Land Use and Transportation Committee at NECN.

Sean holds a Masters of Public Administration from Portland State University.
